Grade AA  - $100 

• Most will come with Japanese hack or chinese mechanism depending on model
• Significant difference in weight as compared to original
• Most chronographs DO NOT WORK 
• Basically this watch looks similar and tells you the right time and overall quality is alright.

Grade AAA  - $240

• Comes with Swiss automatic movement. ( Apparently movement is more accurate as compared to original)
• Weight is very similar to its original counterparts
• Chronographs WORK for quartz model
•  Looks 99% to original making it difficult to tell the difference
• Straps are of better quality rubber, leather ( mostly calf leather for AAA)
• IMHO if you have the cash, buy this as it is more lasting and definitely more true to the original
